Type specimen: SMF 76625-1, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is von Halden im Umfeld der Steinbrüche Milieu und Antoing nördlich von Antoing, which is in an Ivorian marine horizon in the Antoing Formation of Belgium.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal deposit feeder
