Type specimen: CRILAR-Pv 572, a partial skeleton (Disarticulated cranial and postcranial bones). Its type locality is Campo Córdoba Norte (Tarjadia Zone), which is in a Ladinian/Carnian coarse channel fill sandstone in the Chañares Formation of Argentina.

Ecology: planktonic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Campo Córdoba Norte (Tarjadia Zone)
