Type specimen: NIGP209127, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Chengliu town, Jiyuan city, which is in a Ladinian/Carnian lacustrine mudstone in the Tanzhuang Formation of China.

Distribution: found only at Chengliu town, Jiyuan city
