Type specimen: MC 11098, a skull. Its type locality is Cantera de la Pala Mécanica (MPCA), which is in a Campanian/Campanian terrestrial sandstone in the Anacleto Formation of Argentina.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution: found only at Cantera de la Pala Mécanica (MPCA)
