Sister taxon: Chilantaisaurus zheziangensis
Type specimen: IVPP V.2884, a set of limb elements (right humerus). Its type locality is Tashuikou, which is in a Turonian terrestrial horizon in the Ulansuhai Formation of China.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution: found only at Tashuikou
