Type specimen: IVPP V.930, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is Moutzenhan (IVPP), which is in a Bathonian/Callovian terrestrial shale/sandstone in the Shaximiao Formation of China.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at Moutzenhan (IVPP)
