Type specimen: IVPP V10603, a partial skeleton (Cranial remains & cervical vertebrae). Its type locality is east of Qitai-Ertai road (SCDP), which is in an Oxfordian coarse channel fill sandstone/siltstone in the Shishugou Formation of China.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at east of Qitai-Ertai road (SCDP)
