Type specimens:

  • Amblotherium debilis: YPM 13728, a mandible (left mandible with M1-6 and roots or alveoli of other teeth). Its type locality is Quarry 9, Como Bluff (YPM), which is in a Kimmeridgian/Tithonian fluvial-lacustrine mudstone/sandstone in the Morrison Formation of Wyoming.
  • Dryolestes gracilis: YPM 11821, a mandible (left mandible comprising a toothless anterior portion, the impression of the middle portion, and a posterior portion with P4, M1-4, and P3). Its type locality is Quarry 9, Como Bluff (YPM), which is in a Kimmeridgian/Tithonian fluvial-lacustrine mudstone/sandstone in the Morrison Formation of Wyoming.
