Type specimen: CGM 10208, a mandible (partial right mandible). Its type locality is West end of Birket Qarun, which is in a Priabonian coastal sandstone in the Birket Qarun Formation of Egypt.

• Eocene of Egypt (14 collections), Jordan (1), Western Sahara (5)

Total: 20 collections each including a single occurrence
