- Dorudon atrox: CGM 9319, a partial skeleton (partial juvenile skull and skeleton). Its type locality is Birket-el-Qurun beds, which is in a Priabonian coastal sandstone in the Birket Qarun Formation of Egypt.
- Dorudon intermedius: NHML 10173, a partial skull. Its type locality is Birket-el-Qurun beds, which is in a Priabonian coastal sandstone in the Birket Qarun Formation of Egypt.
- Dorudon stromeri: UISPM 'Mn. 9', a skull. Its type locality is Garet el-Esh, which is in a Priabonian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in the Qasr el-Sagha Formation of Egypt.
