Type specimen: Georgia Museum, M. G. Collection116-121, 116-13-17, a partial skull (hinder portion of a cranium, fragments of jaws and vertebrae). Its type locality is Perekishkyul, which is in a Chattian marine horizon in Azerbaijan.
Ecology: aquatic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Perekishkyul
