Type specimen: MCZ 3623, a limb element (ilium). Its type locality is Bug Creek Anthills, which is in a Maastrichtian coarse channel fill sandstone in the Hell Creek Formation of Montana.

• Cretaceous of Canada (1: Saskatchewan collection), United States (15: Montana, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming)
