Type specimen: IVPP V.4062. Its type locality is Wuerho, IVPP site 64045, which is in a Valanginian/Albian lacustrine mudstone/sandstone in the Lianmuqin Formation of China.

• Cretaceous of China (4 collections), Mongolia (2)
