Type specimen: Its type locality is Kobayashi 19. 8173. Goodsir No. 57/4. North end, Steamboat Mountain, east slope, which is in a Gasconadian carbonate limestone in the Survey Peak Formation of Canada.
Ecology: slow-moving low-level epifaunal detritivore
Distribution:
• Ordovician of Canada (2: Alberta, British Columbia collections)
• Skullrockian of Canada (1: British Columbia)
Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
