Type specimen: CCG 20020, a set of vertebrae. Its type locality is Laoshangou, Kaijiang, which is in a Bajocian terrestrial horizon in the Shaximiao Formation of China.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution: found only at Laoshangou, Kaijiang
