Type specimen: IVPP V11579, a mandible. Its type locality is Eshan (IVPP), which is in a Hettangian terrestrial marl in the Lufeng Formation of China.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at Eshan (IVPP)
