Type specimen: MPEF-PV 1125. Its type locality is Estancia Fernández, which is in an Oxfordian/Tithonian lacustrine sandstone/mudstone in the Cañadón Calcáreo Formation of Argentina.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at Estancia Fernández
