Type specimen: IVPP V9492, a partial skeleton (partial postcranial skeleton). Its type locality is Kelamaili, 35 km N of Jiangjunmiao (IVPP), which is in a Callovian terrestrial mudstone in the Shishugou Formation of China.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Kelamaili, 35 km N of Jiangjunmiao (IVPP)
