Type specimen: IVPP V2788, an egg. Its type locality is IVPP Loc. 6224, Lashuyuan, which is in a Maastrichtian terrestrial sandstone in the Pingling Formation of China.

• Cretaceous of China (15 collections), Kazakhstan (1), Mongolia (3)
Total: 19 collections each including a single occurrence
