Type specimen: FWMSH 93B1. Its type locality is Doss Ranch, SMU locality 226-1, which is in an Aptian estuary/bay sandstone in the Twin Mountains Formation of Texas.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Doss Ranch, SMU locality 226-1
