Type specimen: IGM 100/1321, a partial skeleton (posterior region of skull and lower jaws in articulation with cervical vertebrae, osteoderms, and forelimb elements). Its type locality is Zos, Ukhaa Tolgod (AMNH), which is in a Campanian fluvial sandstone in the Djadokhta Formation of Mongolia.

Ecology: carnivore

Distribution: found only at Zos, Ukhaa Tolgod (AMNH)
