Type specimen: NWUV 1111, a set of postcrania (tibia). Its type locality is Niupanggou (PROXY), which is in a Maastrichtian terrestrial horizon in the Shanyang Formation of China.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution: found only at Niupanggou (PROXY)
