Type specimen: MUGEO 1282, 1289, 1295. Its type locality is Pacaembú Cut no. 45, which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian fluvial sandstone/siltstone in the Adamantina Formation of Brazil.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Pacaembú Cut no. 45
