Type specimen: Its type locality is Am Wachtberg Quarry, Sötenich (= Soetnich or Soetenich, Gerolstein), Eifel Mountains (Sötenicher Mulde, Nordeifel, MTB Mechernich, R 2540 000 / H 5598 7000), which is in a Givetian carbonate limestone/reef rocks in the Cürten Formation of Germany.

Ecology: epifaunal

Distribution: found only at Am Wachtberg Quarry, Sötenich (= Soetnich or Soetenich, Gerolstein), Eifel Mountains. (Sötenicher Mulde, Nordeifel, MTB Mechernich, R 2540 000 / H 5598 7000)
