Type specimen: USNM 445059, a shell. Its type locality is D1576 CO, E. of Groom Mine, which is in a Whiterockian shallow subtidal limestone in the Antelope Valley Formation of Nevada.

Ecology: slow-moving low-level epifaunal detritivore

Distribution:

• Whiterockian of United States (3: Nevada collections)

Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
