Sister taxa: Pojetaia dentifera, Pojetaia germanica, Pojetaia ostseensis, Pojetaia runnegari, Pojetaia sarhroensis
Type specimen: PIW 1997IV25. Its type locality is JAR-0.56. Jbel Arhouri, which is in a Stage 4 carbonate limestone in the Jbel Wawrmast Formation of Morocco.
Ecology: stationary epifaunal suspension feeder
Distribution: there are no occurrences of Pojetaia sarhoensis in the database
