Sister taxon: Spinulrichospira churkini

Type specimen: Its type locality is USGS 10063-SD. 3 m. thick silicified bed 82 m. below top of formation., which is in an Eifelian carbonate dolomite in the Cheeneetnuk Formation of Alaska.

Ecology: epifaunal detritivore

Distribution:

• Devonian of United States (2: Alaska collections)

Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
