Type specimen: Its type locality is USNM 10165. Shore, 1450 ft northeast of McAdam Brook, which is in a Gleedonian marine siltstone/shale in the Doctors Brook Formation of Canada.

Distribution: found only at USNM 10165. Shore, 1450 ft northeast of McAdam Brook
