Type specimen: Its type locality is US Highway 40, 9.4 miles west of Lawrence, 3 miles south of Lecompton, which is in a Virgilian carbonate limestone in the Deer Creek Formation of Kansas
Ecology: slow-moving shallow infaunal carnivore
Distribution:
• Carboniferous of United States (2: Kansas, New Mexico collections)
Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
