Type specimen: CU 212.21, 212.22, a footprint. Its type locality is Kangjiatun, "Golden Chicken" tracksite, which is in a Kimmeridgian/Valanginian terrestrial sandstone in the Tuchengzi Formation of China.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Kangjiatun, "Golden Chicken" tracksite
