Type specimen: MLP 86-X-28-1. Its type locality is DG6-1, Santa Marta Cove, which is in a Campanian marginal marine sandstone/sandstone in the Snow Hill Island Formation of Antarctica.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at DG6-1, Santa Marta Cove
