Sister taxa: Dunderbergia bigranulosa, Dunderbergia brevispina, Dunderbergia calculosa, Dunderbergia halli, Dunderbergia polybothra, Dunderbergia simplex

Type specimen: USNM 123326, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is USGS Coll. 10-CO, which is in a Paibian marine limestone in the Riley Formation of Texas.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore

Distribution:

• Cambrian of United States (16: California, Nevada, Texas, Virginia collections)

Total: 16 collections each including a single occurrence
