Type specimen: YPM 186043. Its type locality is Loc. B1895. Indian Ladder, Thatcher's State Park, new New Salem, which is in a Lochkovian carbonate carbonate in the Manlius Limestone Formation of New York.

Distribution: found only at Loc. B1895. Indian Ladder, Thatcher's State Park, new New Salem
