Type specimen: X-6045, a shell. Its type locality is Bird spring Group at Arrow Canyon, Unit 216, sample EL 216-41, which is in a Virgilian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in Nevada.

Ecology: epifaunal grazer

Distribution:

• Carboniferous of United States (3: Nevada collections)

Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
