Type specimen: BA2 21, a tooth. Its type locality is Bayraktepe II, which is in a Vallesian lacustrine horizon in the Bayraktepe Formation of Turkey.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at Bayraktepe II
