Type specimen: QMF 41909, a shell. Its type locality is QML 1092, 500 m northwest of type section creek for Dosey Limestone, which is in a Givetian marine mudstone in the Papilio Mudstone Formation of Australia.

Ecology: slow-moving epifaunal detritivore

Distribution: found only at QML 1092, 500 m northwest of type section creek for Dosey Limestone
