Type specimen: IVPP V12063, a mandible (left mandible with p3-m3). Its type locality is South of Liugou, which is in a Sharamurunian terrestrial horizon in the Heti Formation of China.

Ecology: arboreal insectivore-carnivore

Distribution: found only at South of Liugou
