Type specimen: AMPG AL 3036, a tooth (M2 sin.). Its type locality is Aliveri, which is in a Burdigalian terrestrial horizon in Greece.

• Miocene of Germany (3 collections), Greece (1), the Russian Federation (1), Spain (7), Switzerland (2)
Total: 14 collections each including a single occurrence
