Type specimen: Institute of Palaeontology, Academy of Sciences, Moscow PIN 3101/70, a mandible (Fragment mandible dext. with alveolus for incisor, p2, the roots and crown fragment of p3 and the anterior part of p4.). Its type locality is Khovboor (PIN coll. 3101) [SMPE], which is in an Aptian/Albian lacustrine sandstone/claystone in the Dzunbain Formation of Mongolia.
Ecology: arboreal herbivore
Distribution: found only at Khovboor (PIN coll. 3101) [SMPE]
