Type specimen: Amer. Mus. No. 28505, a tooth (isolated left upper molar (M1 or M2)). Its type locality is Cerro Redondo, c. 37 m above the "Banco Verde" , which is in a Danian terrestrial sandstone/claystone in the PeƱas Coloradas Formation of Argentina.
Ecology: scansorial herbivore
Distribution: found only at Cerro Redondo, c. 37 m above the "Banco Verde"
