Globigerina bulloides tripartita was named by Koch (1926). It is not extant.

It was recombined as Globigerina tripartita by Koch (1935); it was recombined as Globoquadrina tripartita by Fleisher (1975); it was recombined as Dentoglobigerina tripartita by Wade et al. (2018).
