It was recombined as Subbotina euapertura by Shipboard Scientific Party (2002); it was recombined as Turborotalia euapertura by Li et al. (2005); it was recombined as Globoquadrina euapertura by Expedition 320/321 Scientists (2010); it was recombined as Zeaglobigerina euapertura by Scientists (2011); it was recombined as Globoturborotalita euapertura by Spezzaferri et al. (2018).
