Hünicken 1994 | Shell large, fairly elongated anteroposteriorly; spire conical; last whorl moderately convex, almost completely covering previous ones; shoulders rounded; shell very thick (up to 5 mm); suture strongly abutting; ornamentation consisting of very fine growth lines only; aperture ovoid-elongated; outer lip preserved as internal mold, showing a wide and shallow colabral sulcus which on internal surface of shell would be represented by dentiform ridge; lower half of sulcus deeper than upper and crossed by four narrow transverse crenulations; umbilicus absent; columella slightly concave towards aperture, cov- ered by fairly well developed callus |
