Muyelensaurus pecheni
Taxonomy
Muyelensaurus pecheni was named by Calvo et al. (2007). Its type specimen is MRS-PV 207, a partial skull (braincase), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Loma del Lindero, which is in a Coniacian/Santonian crevasse splay mudstone/sandstone in the Plottier Formation of Argentina.
