Permochonetes pamiricus
Taxonomy
Permochonetes pamiricus was named by Afanasjeva (1977). Its type specimen is PIN 3600/31, a valve (Ventral valve), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Kurteke 1, Bazardarin Fm, Siltstone, which is in a Sakmarian shallow subtidal siltstone in the Bazardarin Formation of Tajikistan. It is the type species of Permochonetes.
