Thalassoceras wadei
Taxonomy
Thalassoceras wadei was named by Miller (1936). Its type specimen is UWA 19987-88, a partial shell (Phragmocone), and it is a cast. Its type locality is Nura Nura Outcamp (3 miles E), which is in a Sakmarian marine horizon in the Nura Nura Formation of Australia.
