Taxonomy
Richardsonoceroides kingi was named by Kröger et al. (2009). It is not extant. Its type specimen is NRM-PZ Mo 161065, a shell. Its type locality is Toknäs, Öland Island, which is in a Hunderum/Valaste deep subtidal shelf wackestone in the Gillberga Formation of Sweden.
