Taxonomy
Theelia trammeri was named by Gazdzicki et al. (1978). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is Holotype No. 76-XI7 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Korytnica Limestones, 1km S of Liptovska Osada, which is in a Julian deep subtidal wackestone/grainstone in the Korytnica Limestones Formation of Slovakia.
