Matzke 2000"Medium-sized ichthyosaur skull length exceeds 50 cm, total length about 3 m, snout extremely gracile and slender, orbit moderately large, teeth isodontous, pointed, thecodont to aulacodont, pterygoid with concave medial margin, big interpterygoid vacuity developed, quadrate with triangular medioventral process, ratio skull length - entire length about 1:5, humerus short and wide, with rounded margins, posterior shaft almost entirely reduced."
