Bathyurus sunbloodensis
Taxonomy
Bathyurus sunbloodensis was named by Tremblay and Westrop (1991). Its type specimen is ROM 47678, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Southwestern District of Mackenzie, Sunblood Range (P-55), which is in a Whiterockian shallow subtidal limestone in the Sunblood Formation of Canada.
